1. Introduction

Welcome to ProblemSolvings.org. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and services.

ProblemSolvings.org offers professional learning and development services, including online courses, business analysis training, product management training, workshops, coaching, and consulting.

By accessing our website, registering for a program, or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the relevant services.

2. Eligibility and Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for or purchasing a service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities carried out through your account. Please notify us promptly at help@problemsolvings.org if you suspect unauthorized access.

Any specific eligibility requirements for a course or service will be stated in its description.

3. Services and Course Information

Each service page may specify the learning objectives, curriculum, delivery format, dates, duration, session timings, fees, prerequisites, technical requirements, access period, and other applicable conditions.

Please review the relevant service description before completing your purchase.

If a specific service description conflicts with these general terms, the specific description will apply to that service to the extent of the inconsistency, subject to applicable law.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices will be displayed on the relevant service page or checkout screen. Applicable taxes and additional charges, if any, will be disclosed before payment.

Payments may be processed through Razorpay and its supported payment methods. By proceeding to checkout, you authorize the payment required for your selected purchase.

ProblemSolvings.org does not intend to collect or store your full card number, card security code, or payment passwords. Payment credentials are handled through the payment provider and its systems.

A purchase is confirmed once the payment has been successfully verified and the relevant confirmation has been issued.

If money is debited from your account but you do not receive confirmation, please contact help@problemsolvings.org with your transaction reference before attempting another payment.

5. Refunds, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

All purchases are subject to our published Refund Policy and Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy.

Refunds may be considered for organizer cancellations, verified duplicate payments, qualifying exceptional circumstances, services not delivered as agreed, and other situations where a remedy is required by applicable law.

Requests to reschedule live sessions should be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Rescheduling is subject to availability and confirmation.

Completed services and courses for which access has been provided are generally non-refundable, subject to our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights.

6. Course Access and Availability

Unless a service page specifies a different period, purchased course access is intended to remain available for the lifetime of the relevant course offering while the website, platform, and content remain available.

Lifetime access does not mean guaranteed access forever, irrespective of technical, commercial, or legal circumstances.

Access may be affected by platform maintenance, technical interruptions, security incidents, third-party service failures, content licensing restrictions, or discontinuation of a course or platform. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve access or communicate material changes.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Where an interruption materially affects a paid service, we will assess an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

Course access is intended for the purchaser’s personal use or expressly agreed organizational use. Sharing login credentials, reselling access, or distributing course materials without authorization is prohibited.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the website and its content, including course videos, presentations, documents, templates, exercises, graphics, branding, and learning materials, are owned by or licensed to ProblemSolvings.org and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to payment and these terms, customers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use purchased materials for their own learning or the specific purpose agreed in writing.

Without prior written permission, you must not:

– Copy, republish, sell, sublicense, or commercially distribute course materials.
– Record, reproduce, or redistribute live or recorded sessions.
– Upload protected materials to public repositories or unauthorized sharing platforms.
– Remove copyright or ownership notices.
– Use our content to create or distribute a competing commercial training product.

These restrictions do not prevent uses permitted by applicable law.

8. Customer Conduct

Customers must use our website and services lawfully and respectfully.

You must not:

– Disrupt sessions or harass trainers, participants, or staff.
– Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts.
– Misuse, copy, or interfere with our website, learning platform, or content.
– Submit unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or malicious material.
– Misrepresent your identity or payment information.

We may suspend access or take other proportionate action for serious or repeated violations, subject to applicable law and any appropriate remedy for the customer.

Our courses, training, and coaching are intended for education, skill development, and professional guidance.

We do not guarantee a particular job, salary, promotion, certification, business result, investment outcome, or other specific result. Outcomes depend on individual circumstances, effort, experience, market conditions, and factors outside our control.

Consulting engagements will be governed by the agreed scope, deliverables, and other written terms where applicable.

We will use reasonable professional care in delivering our services, but no specific business outcome is guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.

10. Third-Party Platforms and Services

Our services may use third-party tools, including video conferencing platforms, learning management systems, payment processors, and communication services.

Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for independent third-party outages or actions beyond our reasonable control. However, we will make reasonable efforts to help resolve service issues affecting our offerings.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ProblemSolvings.org will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services where such exclusion is lawful.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer rights, liability for fraud or wilful misconduct, or other non-waivable statutory liability.

12. Privacy

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

Please review our Privacy Policy to understand what information we collect, why we use it, how it may be shared, and how you can contact us regarding your information.

13. Changes to Services or Terms

We may update our services or these terms from time to time to reflect operational, technical, commercial, or legal changes.

The current version will be published on our website with an updated date. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.

Changes will not remove accrued rights or override terms that must continue to apply to an existing purchase under applicable law.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Customers may contact us first to seek an amicable resolution. Nothing in this clause prevents a consumer from approaching a competent consumer commission, court, or other authority where permitted by applicable law.

Any jurisdiction clause adopted for contractual disputes must be consistent with applicable law and must not unlawfully restrict consumer remedies.
